Adam Bry

Adam Bry is co-founder and CEO at Skydio, the leading US drone company, and the world leader in autonomous flight. He has two decades of experience with small UAS, starting as a national champion R/C airplane aerobatics pilot. As a grad student at MIT, he did award winning research that pioneered autonomous flight for drones, transferring much of what he learned as an R/C pilot into software that enables drones to fly themselves. After graduating from MIT, Adam co-founded Google’s Project Wing. He has co-authored numerous technical papers and patents, and was also recognized on MIT’s TR35 list for young innovators. He currently serves on the FAA’s Drone Advisory Committee.

Josh Isner

As President, Josh is responsible for the day-to-day operational excellence of the business, including operations and execution, marketing, policies and employees. Josh joined Axon in 2009 as a member of Axon’s leadership development program and quickly established a strong track record of delivering results. In 2014, Josh led Axon’s domestic body camera and cloud software sales team to a record year and was subsequently promoted to Executive Vice President of Global Sales. In 2018, he stepped into the role of Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for Axon’s global growth, customer service, professional services, and sales operations, successfully driving annual growth rates in excess of 25%. Josh was tapped to be Axon’s COO in June 2022. He is a keen operational leader who drives discipline and prioritization across the business, and ensures that Axon is aggressively pursuing our total addressable market opportunity, supported by a world class team. Josh is a board member of the Phoenix Police Foundation and holds a B.S. in Government + Political Science from Harvard University.

Dori Koren
Assistant Sheriff @ Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department

Dori Koren is an Assistant Sheriff with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD), specializing in counterterrorism, intelligence, incident management, executive leadership, and criminal investigations. He currently leads the LVMPD Homeland Security and Investigative Services Group, which encompasses the Homeland Security, Special Operations, and Investigative Services divisions. This group comprises nearly 1,200 personnel and has a budget of over $321 million. Additionally, Dori chairs the Major Cities Chiefs Association (MCCA) Intelligence Committee.

Previously, he served as the Deputy Chief overseeing the Homeland Security and Tourist Safety divisions, captain of the Homicide and Sex Crimes Bureau, and Area Commander for the Las Vegas Strip. His past roles also include lieutenant over the LVMPD Tech Ops Section, TFO Supervisor for the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force in Las Vegas, and Detective Sergeant for the LVMPD counterterrorism unit. Dori's experiences range from managing counterterrorism operations and conducting complex investigations to developing national-level programs for law enforcement. He spearheaded several MCCA projects, including the Criminal Intelligence Enterprise and the MCCA Report on the 2020 Civil Unrest.

Dori also served as a police fellow in Washington, D.C., where he contributed to the development of the Presidential Policy Directive 8 (PPD8) National Prevention Framework. He has been a guest speaker and presenter at the U.S. Congress Homeland Security Committee Meeting, RAND Corporation, International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), National Counter Terrorism Center (NCTC), and multiple U.S. intelligence agencies and universities. Dori also served as the lead planner and master of ceremonies for the 2023 LVMPD and LinCT-AA International Counterterrorism Conference. His international experience includes training law enforcement personnel worldwide, including in India, the United Kingdom, Hungary, Ghana, Ethiopia, Cameroon, Burkina Faso, Nigeria, Guinea, Senegal, Vietnam, Australia, Thailand, and Tanzania.

Operationally, Dori was the Incident Commander for the riots that occurred on the Las Vegas Strip in 2020, and he also played key roles in numerous high-profile investigations, including the 2016 domestic terrorist attack and police officer assassinations, the 1 October mass shooting, multiple serial killer investigations, and a recently thwarted ISIS-inspired terrorist plot.

Dori's accolades include the IACP 40 Under 40, NextGen Nation’s Top 30 Innovators, Las Vegas 40 Under 40, and LVMPD Exemplary Service awards. Dori received a B.A. in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and an M.A. in Homeland Security and Defense from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA.

Matthew Fraser
Chief Technology Officer @ New York City

New York City Chief Technology Officer Matthew C. Fraser is responsible for coordinating technology-related projects and policy across the city.

Under Mayor Eric Adams’ leadership, CTO Fraser manages the city’s consolidated technology agencies, the New York City Office of Technology & Innovation, to improve service delivery, democratize technology access, and keep New Yorkers and their data safe. In this capacity, CTO Fraser directs the administration’s efforts on numerous citywide technology priorities, including digital equity, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity.

Prior to his current role, CTO Fraser served as Deputy Commissioner for Information Technology at the New York Police Department, where he oversaw the successful launch of several community-based, crime reduction, and precision policing initiatives. In addition to NYPD, he has worked with the NYC Department of Environmental Protection, NYC Department of Buildings, and as a director of consulting services at Gartner.

CTO Fraser is a native of Brooklyn.
