Jay is highly skilled in HSEQ professional with a wealth of experience across multiple high-risk industries. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated expertise and proficiency in ensuring progressive HSEQ practices are adopted. Additionally, with his consultancy experience he provides valuable insights from providing strategic guidance and support to various organizations. As the overseer of all facets of HSEQ for New Zealand, Jay plays a critical role in establishing and maintaining robust HSEQ standards. In addition to HSEQ, he takes charge of asset digitization using innovative technologies such as drones and other advanced tools. By leveraging these technologies, Programmed enhances efficiency and effectiveness in various operational aspects whilst simultaneously reducing risk. Jay’s involvement in overseeing the fleet further showcases his ability to oversee multi-faceted aspects of HSEQ and commercial applications whilst minimizing operational risk.

Ross started his journey into the world of remote sensing as a geologist interested in airborne and satellite imagery as well as the different sensors used to interrogate what lies beneath the Earth's surface. For the last 9 years, he has immersed himself in Hyperspectral, LiDAR, and photogrammetry capture technology from manned aircraft to autonomous robots and drones operating outdoors, indoors and even underground. As an avid learner and problem-solver, Ross is always seeking to not only explore and understand the latest innovations in reality capture but also to enable others to derive value from these advances in capability. His passion for communication and education allows him to provide guidance and empower industry professionals to help them meet their objectives.

James has been in the UAS field for 14 years. Having started his journey in the Australian Army operating and mission commanding fixed-wing tactical ISR platforms, he has since been embedded in the UAS field on global Defence and Commercial programs as a Field Service Representative and more recently with Skydio as the Senior Solutions Engineer for Skydio, Australia and New Zealand.

Ben Brown serves as the Service Delivery Manager for Digital Asset Capture within Programmed Facility Management New Zealand. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of aerial and ground-based data capture initiatives. By embracing new technologies, Ben is leading the way in transforming the perception of a traditionally conservative industry, driving enhanced efficiency and safety. With a diverse background, Ben brings a wealth of skills to the table. Qualified in photography and graphic design, Ben also operates his own sign writing business. He is an early adopter of drone technology and, over the past decade, has now found himself managing a growing team of pilots averaging over 350 missions per month.
